REFUNDS :
We process refunds within 1-2 days by checking all the required things. The Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days once the order is cancelled.

RETURN POLICY :

Joint Nutrition may accept the returns of our products purchased from Joint Nutrition Site through the Site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. The products must be received by Joint Nutrition within 7 days of your delivery; no returns will be accepted after this time period.
  2. You must definitely provide your Order number of the purchase as received when your order was placed through the Site
  3. Dietary supplements and other consumable products purchased through www.jointnutrition.in are eligible for returns only in the following circumstances
  • Physical damage during shipping: If the product is visibly damaged during shipping, you may return it for a replacement or refund.
  • Unusual defects: If you notice any unusual defects in the product upon receiving it, you may return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns for other reasons, such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product, may not be accepted. Although we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you believe your order was damaged during delivery, please report it to us immediately. While we strive to address such situations promptly, please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen merchandise.
