Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Orders within India are been Processed From DTDC Courier Partner. The estimated time to dispatch the orders from us is 3-5 days which excludes public holidays and Sundays.Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

International Shipping:
Currently we are not offering International Shipping

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Issues:
Within 5-7 days the orders will be delivered from us.If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@jointnutrition.in with your order number and details of the issue. 

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses:

• Joint Nutrition is not responsible for missed deliveries or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply
